Software

• PANDORA's Toolbox for database analysis in Matlab.
• The Gencompress Utility can compress binary files from the GENESIS neural simulator.
• CGunay's Matlab Plots (CGMPLOT) improves Matlab plotting.

Computer Models

• A rodent globus pallidus neuron model with three reconstructed morphologies used to generate the model database in Günay, Edgerton and Jaeger (2008).
