Registration and abstract submission:

The deadline for abstract submission and registration was extended until Friday, January 29, 2010.

The cost of LATE registration (if not previously registered via the online system) is as follows:

Faculty: $100
Post-doc/student: $50

The registration covers participation in all of the scientific activities, as well as meals and social events. Please see the schedule for more details.

Please fill-out the registration form below (one per attendee). The registration is not complete until we receive your payment in the mail, however the payment does not have to reach us by the deadline. If you register by the deadline and mail your check shortly after, your registration will be honored.

Please note that you are entitled to submit only one abstract per registration and that your abstract must be formatted according to these instructions.

NOTE: If you have previously registered for this conference with the same credentials (name, affiliation, and email address), your registration will be replaced with the current one.
